Appointment information: Rev. Evans was ordained as a deacon in 1992 and as an elder in 1996. She served Minnesota churches in Anoka, Proctor, and Brooklyn Center. She retired in 2012.

Rev. Evans is survived by her wife, Mary Jablonski. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, David Hegert.
