Arrangements: A service was held Thursday, September 15, at Villard United Methodist Church.

Appointment information: Rev. Willard was ordained as a deacon in 1952 and as an elder in 1953. He served Minnesota churches in Fairfax, Franklin, Morton, Circle Pines, Winona, and Austin. He retired in 1987.

Rev. Willard is survived by his children, Lloyd (Tanya) Willard, Renee Harris, and Kevin (Brenda) Willard; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary.
