Arrangements: A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 30 at Messiah UMC (17805 County Road 6, Plymouth). A dinner will follow the service. Clergy in attendance are encouraged to wear a robe and any stole they prefer.

Appointment information: Rev. Evans became a licensed local pastor in 2015 and was commissioned as a provisional elder in 2016. He served Minnesota churches in Sleepy Eye and Fairfax.

Rev. Evans is survived by his wife, Samantha Evans, and daughters, Kaylynn (8), Kelly (7), and Trinity (4).
