Arrangements: A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 15, at 10 a.m. at Jackson United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. 

Appointment history: Rev. Howard served in Alabama and as a missionary to Burma before coming to Minnesota. Here, he served Marble-Kelly Lake; Hibbing-Kelly Lake; McGregor-Fleming-Palisade; Kabetogama (Mobile Mission); and Jackson.
