Arrangements: A visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 25, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home, 1000 19th Ave SW, Willmar. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Oct. 26, at 10 a.m. at Crossroads United Methodist Church, 3400 113th Ave. NE, Spicer. The family invites pastors to gather to sing "O, For A Thousand Tongues to Sing." A smaller service before the interment at Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery will take place at 3 p.m. in Fairmont. 

Appointment information: Rev. Osborn served as assistant chaplain for the U.S. Marine Corps in 1952-1953; he also served at Money Creek-Ridgeway-Witoka; Capron-Blaine (Ill.); Harvard (Ill.); Pearl City-Kent (Ill.); Paynesville-Hawick-Union Grove; Aurora-Hoyt Lakes; Herman-Chokio; Kiester-Rice Lake; Racine-Grand Meadow; Edgewater (Minneapolis); Sauk Centre; Eyota; McGregor-Fleming-Palisade; Moose Lake. He retired in 1995.
