Family: He was married to Dorothy McFall for 63 years before she died in 2005. He is survived by his daughter Sally and her husband, Ronnie Shell. He had two grandchildren, John Shell and wife Andrea, and Sarah and husband Matt Libby and four great grandchildren, Andrew and Hannah Shell and Maggie and Sophie Libby. His brother David predeceased him and a sister, Elaine Keller of Stitzer, Wisconsin survives him.
