Arrangements: A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Nov. 16, at Park United Methodist Church (315 N. 6th St., Brainerd).

Appointment information: Rev. Clayton A. Oberg was ordained as a deacon in 1943 and as an elder in 1945. He served Minnesota churches in Milaca, Ogilvie, Onamia, Little Falls, Royalton, Ortonville, Willmar, Anoka, Waseca, and Hibbing. He retired in 1985.

Rev. Oberg is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Allen, Sue (Roger) Hick, Paul (Nancy), Sarah (Matt) Perry, and Diane Clemens; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and Pat.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Doctors Without Borders.
