Arrangements: A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, July 21, at Richfield United Methodist Church (5835 Lyndale Ave. S., Richfield, MN 55419). A visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at Washburn-McReavy Edina Funeral Chapel (5000 W. 50th St., Edina, MN 55436).

Appointment information: Rev. Walker was ordained as a deacon in 1952 and as an elder in 1954. He served Minnesota churches in Rochester, Duluth, St. Paul, and Minneapolis. Rev. Walker also served the Minnesota Annual conference as a district superintendent. He retired in 1991.

Rev. H. Thomas Walker is survived by his wife, Velma "Val"; nieces, Patricia (George) Toschak, Susan (Douglas) Leinhart, LaDena (Douglas) Schuler, Rozella (Darrell) Hayes; and grand nieces and nephews.
