Arrangements: A funeral will be held on Dec. 18 at 2 p.m. at Willmar UMC (1818 9th St. SW, Willmar, MN 56201). A visitation will take place on Dec. 17 from 6-8 p.m. at the Peterson Brother Funeral Home in Willmar (700 Becker Ave. SW).

Appointment information: Rev. Propp was ordained as a deacon in 1949 and as an elder in 1953. He served Minnesota churches in Waterville, Morristown, Cannonville, Olivia, Osceola, Bird Island, Lake Crystal, Madelia, and Wadena. He retired in 1990.

Mrs. Propp is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Propp; parents, Milton and Edna Schlender; siblings, Catherine, Frederick, and Harold; sisters-in-law, Gwen, Rosina, and Patricia; and brother-in-law, Wesley. She is survived by her children, Steele (Mary Jo) Propp, Randall Propp (Randy Nelson), Bradley (Cheryl) Propp, Kathleen Propp, Jonathan (Bonny) Propp, and Melissa Propp (Matthew Dick); 11 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Also surviving are siblings Melvin Schlender, John Schlender, Bethe (Kenneth) Cowan, and Keith (Shirley) Schlender; brother-in-law, Levi Becker; and sister-in-law, Helen Calvin.
