Appointment information: Rev. Wittstruck was ordained as a deacon in 1940 and as an elder in 1942. He served churches in Massachusetts and New York before serving Minnesota churches in Lakefield, Pipestone, Montevideo, Rosewood, and Bloomington (Portland Avenue UMC). He retired in 1980.

Mrs. Wittstruck is survived by her children, Nancy Glaesemann, Thorne Wittstruck, Clifford Wittstruck II, and Patricia Thoel, and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Clifford Wittstruck; son, Robert Wittstruck; and one grandchild.
