Date of death: June 3, 2021 at age 80

Arrangements: A private gathering for family will be held.

Appointment information: Rev. Nagel was ordained as a deacon in 1963 and as an elder in 1965. He served churches in Washington, D.C. and Maryland before serving Minnesota churches in Bemidji, Excelsior, Sherburn, Welcome, Fridley, and Crystal. He also served as a YMCA program director and as a campus minister at Bemidji State University. He retired in 1998.

Mrs. Nagel is survived by her husband, Clemens Nagel; daughters, Lizabeth Gockel (Andy Gockel) and Susan Nagel (Dave Schaller); sister, Lorraine Larson; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marjorie Estella Conrad and Clarence Theodore "Ted" Larson, and brother, Curt Larson.
