Appointment information: Rev. Johnson was ordained as a deacon in 1998. She served Hennepin Avenue UMC in Minneapolis before retiring in 2018.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Rev. Sally Johnson, and his children, Colin and Evan.
