Arrangements: A memorial service was held on Sat., Nov. 13 at Path of Grace UMC in Maplewood. 

Appointment information: Rev. Passer was ordained as a deacon in 1951 and as an elder in 1952. He served churches in Iowa before serving Minnesota churches in Woodbury, Waseca, St. Paul (Fairmount Avenue), and Marshall. He retired in 1990.

Mrs. Passer is preceded in death by husband, Burton Passer; parents, Wesley and Elsie Mahler; daughter, Katie Zechmeister; and five siblings. She is survived by her children, Jean (Jim) Roemer, Judy Passer, Gloria (Joe Galban) Passer, and Mary (Michael Cohen) Lagnaoui; son-in-law Howie Zechmeister; sister, Myra Schabacker; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
