Relationship to conference: Wife of retired elder, Rev. Steve Richards

Date of death: May 20, 2023 at age 65

Arrangements: A memorial service will be held June 24 at 2 p.m. at Messiah UMC (17805 County Road 6, Plymouth). A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Appointment information: Rev. Richards was ordained as a deacon in 1981 and as an elder in 1985. He served Minnesota churches in Duluth (Bethany and Wesley UMCs), Bloomington (Hillcrest UMC), Edina, and Plymouth (Messiah UMC). He also served a church in Tennessee. He retired in 2022.

Mrs. Richards is survived by her husband, Steve Richards; daughters, Lauren Richards (Mark Warren) and Bethany Richards; and one grandson.
