The YouthWorks Next Gen Leadership Cohort is for this year's graduating seniors, offering an opportunity to intentionally grow and develop as leaders and disciples in the space between Youth Group and "what's next" (college or the workforce).  Cohort members participate in a YouthWorks Mission trip experience with an additional component of daily leadership development and training and active leadership alongside YouthWorks staff during the week.  The cohort continues to meet online in the year following to build on the leadership training and relationships established during the week in Duluth.
