Susan Nienaber at Hillcrest UMC in Bloomington for this in person training. They will cover how to support your pastor's well-being, the role and responsibilities of the SPRC and the SPRC chair, nominating members of SPRC, staffing structures, providing feedback, dealing with conflict and concerns, and the SPRC role in the appointment process.
