Jerad Morey

Minnesota clergy, is your soul a bit weary? Are you yearning for an experience of creativity, community and beauty? You are invited to give yourself the gift of a day apart and enter into some holy play and re-creation. Each Soul Day will focus on a spiritual practice that engages our bodies and senses. No preparation required other than to show up and be open to the experience. Cost is $50 for the day which includes lunch. Attendance will be limited, so if you are interested, register today.

Improved mental health. Lower stress levels. Heightened immune response. Deep gratitude. A renewed connection with creation and Creator. Through a series of invitations designed to boost your senses and evoke discovery, the ANFT-certified Jerad Morey will guide you on a Forest Therapy Walk. Past participants have called their experience "transformative," "meaningful," "spiritual," and reported feelings of refreshment, relaxation and peace.
A Forest Therapy Walk is not an extended hike—you will not be huffing and puffing or racking up your step count—but you will be invited to traverse unpaved and uneven ground. Please bring a full water bottle and dress appropriately for a few hours in the weather including: sunscreen, bug deterrent, a portable chair or clothes in which you can sit on the ground, and shoes in which you can walk off-trail. A box lunch will be provided.
Due to the nature of a guided Forest Therapy Walk registration is limited, with a wait list pending recruitment of an additional certified guide. Location is being determined; likely to be south or south east of the cities.

Cost: $50, includes lunch
