Join Reconciling United Methodists from across the connection for the Reconciling Congregations Spring Social Gathering. Bring a dish to share for a potluck lunch and visit with old friends and make new ones. Then participate in a program with author and theologian Austen Hartke (he, him) who will share his experience coming out as a transgender Christian, from his childhood in non-affirming churches to his years in seminary, and now as an educator for faith communities worldwide. All are invited to attend, you don't need to attend a Reconciling Congregation to join this event. No registration is required.
