Please join The United Methodist Haitian Fellowship for their fundraiser on Sunday, July 22 at 6:00 p.m. at Hamline United Methodist Church, 1514 Englewood Avenue, St. Paul. Come and listen to their excellent band and taste some great food!
Our conference Haiti Coalition includes several ministry groups from around MN who center their work in Haiti and a very important one located here in our state that you need to know about: The United Methodist Haitian Fellowship or Rapha Tabernacle of Glory led by Pastors Mickson Deronvil and Claudy Corvil who are both Haitian born and U.S. educated. They meet weekly in East St. Paul on 815 Frank Street for Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. with Bible Study and community fellowship. Rapha is a Hebrew word, meaning “heal” or “restore” and rapha is the heart of their community.
Pastor Deronvil also hosts a radio show called Rapha.fm where he encourages and supports his listeners with prayer, a sermon, bible study, and sharing his faith for those who may have missed the Sunday morning worship service.
