How do I legally display and stream music in worship? Which license(s) do I need? What is the church exemption? What if I want to have a movie night? Can I just use images I find on the Internet?

Clergy, worship leaders, and communications staff and volunteers, if you’ve ever asked questions like these, this online training is for you. The Minnesota Conference communications department is hosting this session, led by Tim Gossett, director of user experience at Aboundant LLC. Tim is well versed in all things copyright and is devoted to ensuring that churches have all the information they need to do ministry while adhering to copyright laws.

Don’t waste another minute Googling compliance issues, and instead come to this workshop where everything from images to music to video and streaming to text and social will be covered in an easy-to-understand way. Ninety minutes of training will be followed by half an hour of Q&A, so bring your questions!

This training will be recorded and made available after the event.
