Bishop Bard, and Board of Ordained Ministry Chairs Rhodie Jacobson and Terri Horn will lead us as we gather to celebrate those who are retiring, those being commissioned, ordained and welcomed into full membership, remembering those who have died in the past year and rejoicing with those completing Course of Study. We will have an opportunity to gather in our districts and have conversation with one another about how is it with our soul? How has this past year changed us? What have we learned? What we are thinking and dreaming about as we imagine the year ahead?
We have invited Tod Bolsinger to come and speak to us about Tempered Resilience: How Leaders Are Formed in the Crucible of Change which is also the title of his newest book. Tod is also the author of Canoeing the Mountains and is the associate professor of leadership formation and senior fellow for the De Pree Center for Leadership at Fuller Seminary.
There is no cost but registration is required in order to receive the ZOOM links to participate. All clergy members of the Annual Conference, and those appointed/assigned to churches/extension ministries in the Minnesota Annual Conference are asked to be present.
