It has been three years since we have been able to gather as the covenant community of clergy in person! Zoom is great, but it does not offer us the ability to gather at the table, to sing together, to greet and hug one another, and to really look deeply into one another’s eyes to see how it is with our souls. So you are invited to come and gather with Bishop Lanette Plambeck and your clergy colleagues for a time of worship, conversation, and table fellowship. 
 
This day is being planned and hosted by the Chairs of Our Orders, Bill Eaves (Elders), Cindy Yanchury (Deacons), and Barb Hegfors (Fellowship of Local Pastors). All clergy, active and retired, and all those serving in pastoral roles in our local churches are encouraged to attend. Because of the shape of the gathering, around tables in conversation with one another, we will not have a live stream or Zoom option. We will record the bishop’s presentation for those who cannot be present, and we will have a section of the room/tables reserved for those who prefer/need to mask in large gatherings. 
 
We will gather in the recently completed Tabernacle at Koronis. If you have not been there yet, it is a lovely space and it will be a blessing to worship and gather on the grounds where so many in previous generations have gathered and made a commitment or renewed their commitment to Christ.
 
The agenda of the day will be:
9:30 a.m. Gathering with coffee and treats
10 a.m. Informal getting acquainted and welcoming Bishop Lanette
11 a.m.: Worship with bishop preaching and presentation
Noon: Lunch
1:30 p.m. Table talk and group conversation
3:30 p.m. Blessing and sending forth
 
Registration is needed for accurate planning.

Koronis has rooms available if you wish to stay overnight before and/or after our gathering. We invite you to use this time for personal retreat and/or gathering with your clergy covenant group. Staying overnight would be an additional expense, depending on room and meals you select. Contact Koronis (320-243-4544) to make arrangements.
