The Minnesota Conference distributes articles and other announcements to churches each week via two e-newsletters; they are distributed to all clergy and church offices, and others can opt-in to receive them. These communications vehicles are:
MNConnect (delivered on Thursdays): This e-newsletter contains articles that celebrate local church successes, provide ideas and inspiration for congregations, highlight lives changed through the work and witness of the United Methodist Church in Minnesota, reinforce key practices of vital congregations, and call attention to resources and programs available through the conference. Reading it is the best way to learn about what's working well for other churches and how they are living out God's call to grow in love of God and neighbor, reach new people, and heal a broken world.
MNBulletin Board (delivered on Tuesdays): This e-newsletter contains upcoming conference events and opportunities, as well as opportunities and events submitted by local churches and other United Methodist groups. Reading it is the best way to learn about training workshops, youth events, clergy gatherings, annual conference session, job openings, and more.
Special alerts containing important and/or urgent messages for Minnesota United Methodists also come out periodically when there is a need. And death notices are e-mailed as soon as possible after deaths of active and retired clergy in Minnesota and their spouses.
