This three-year program focuses on equipping clergy with skills needed to be effective leaders in today’s world. All new provisional elders are required to participate during their first three years of ministry, and licensed local pastors are highly encouraged to participate. Since 2014, the academy has also been open to seasoned clergy seeking to hone their leadership skills.

This is a four-retreat series that offers active clergy an opportunity to take a contemplative and celebratory look at the four seasons–Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer. How are these seasons reflected and expressed in your work, love and life? This is a time to listen to the Holy Spirit and to your colleagues and highly-trained leaders through intentional and guided practices. This series is undergoing a re-design process, and an announcement will be made when it is starting up again.
