Host a COVID-19 Vaccination Event

Bring COVID vaccines to your community by hosting a vaccination event! Up to $5,000 may be available to support costs for selected community groups to host an event. MDH, local public health and health care providers can also assist with planning and implementing the event.

If you are interested, complete the community vaccination event request form.

*If you have an event date in mind, submit the form as early as possible to have the best chance of success!
