The Minnesota Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church is seeking persons with proven administrative and organizational skills to support the work of the district superintendents. District Superintendents oversee the clergy and churches of a particular region of the annual conference and the district administrator provides support through managing correspondence from churches/clergy, completing forms and overseeing key processes, and provides a critical connection between the district superintendent and the constituents of the region.
The Minnesota Annual Conference is a small but complex organization, comprised of 330 churches of every size and in every geographical region of Minnesota; 250 active clergy who may be part time or full time, lay assigned, licensed local pastors, clergy from other denominations as well as ordained elders and deacons; two camps and its related staff; and 25 conference staff to support the work of our clergy and local churches and care for the administrative functions of the annual conference. We are a regional judicatory of the world-wide United Methodist Church.
