Communications/Marketing Intern

published 4/9/2019

The Wesley Foundation is a United Methodist campus ministry at the University of Minnesota. Our mission is to welcome and empower today’s students as they grow into tomorrow’s Christian leaders. The Wesley Foundation provides a caring, inclusive and Christian community with weekly worship services, discussion groups, and community meals. The students also actively engage in service activities, group retreats and mission trips. Student officers and the campus minister lead and run the programming. A development director and a volunteer board of directors are responsible for supporting the organization.

In addition to gaining valuable experience, the intern will have the opportunity to develop and train students on a year-round communication plan. The intern will also benefit from working in a church-related communications position and can take advantage of opportunities to learn more about campus ministry, the United Methodist Church, and Reconciling Ministries.
