The Minnesota Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, a faith-based regional conference organization, is looking for a full-time benefits manager to administer benefit plans for employees, clergy, and retirees of the Conference. The benefits are managed through a subsidiary company, Minnesota Conference Board of Pensions, Inc., (MCBPI) and are affiliated with the national organization of the United Methodist Church.
This role will be expected to be onsite for training, and then may transition to hybrid. This position will have two half-time direct reports in the finance area.
The benefits manager will be responsible for providing benefit plan support and administration to current and retired employees. This includes but is not limited to reporting, data/documentation, and benefits administration (health, retirement, disability, life, etc.).
Benefits: health insurance, employer contribution to retirement savings equal to 6 percent of compensation, 10 days of vacation, sick leave.
$75,000-80,000 and a $5,000 signing bonus after six months.
