Path of Grace UMC in Maplewood is looking for an individual to serve as the kitchen coordinator for our Wednesday Night Re<Charge Dinner. This position serves as the coordinator of the Wednesday night meal. Each week Path of Grace serves a hot dinner to 50-60 individuals on Wednesday evening before classes and rehearsals. This position reports to the pastor.

Path of Grace is a congregation of about 250 members located in Maplewood, MN. The church is very mission-oriented and has a wide variety of ministries throughout the year. Our staff values collaboration and works together to create an environment where great ministry can happen. The position pays $150 per week which includes ordering, prep, serving, and cleaning time. 

 

Duties:

1. Plan/Coordinate Dinner Offerings
2. Stock/Order Kitchen and Hospitality Supplies
3. Cook/Prepare Wednesday Night Meal
4. Budget/Track Expenses for Wednesday Night Meal
   1. Assess and adjust budget throughout the year.  
   2. Evaluate needs and submit any budget revision requests to the pastor
   3. Be intentional about tracking and keeping up with receipts. Submit receipts with monthly credit card statements. 
5. Coordinate volunteers to serve.
6. Maintain and assist in cleanliness and organization of kitchen and pantries.
7. Regularly suggest refinements/changes to the Wednesday Night Meal progra

Compensation:
