Roseville Lutheran Church is seeking a campus manager to oversee and assist in all facets of the operation, maintenance, and repair of the building, systems, grounds, and parking lots of Roseville Lutheran Church. The individual will also supervise and assist with the work of custodians, other building and grounds personnel, volunteers, and others, as necessary. Directs all property and equipment management, with input from Administration and Lay Leadership.

Education and/or Experience
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret document such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees, volunteers, and ministry teams of organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Must be able to maintain Roseville Lutheran Church’s computer network, procure hardware and software, conduct training and troubleshoot computer problems.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Boiler certification and other licenses as needed by the Facilities Manager and/or another custodial staff person.
