This nine-week video series consists of personal reflections shared by a diverse group of Minnesota United Methodists. Each video can be watched alone, but we recommend forming small groups within your congregation to watch and discuss each one in a group setting. A small group study guide accompanies each video. You’ll likely be able to relate to parts of some reflections, and others might present a new perspective that's completely different from your own views and/or lived experience. We invite you to watch and talk about these videos with an openness to hear and understand each person’s heart and story. Those featured in the videos talk about who they are, what inclusion looks like to them, their hopes for the Minnesota Annual Conference, and how God is calling them to lead.
