2020 Lenten Study

All Dakotas and Minnesota United Methodists were invited to participate in a 2020 conference-wide Lenten video study. The study featured the cabinet members from both the Dakotas and Minnesota Conferences and focused on the book “Reckless Love: Jesus’ Call to Love Our Neighbor,” by Rev. Tom Berlin. Order the book here

Every Thursday, starting on February 27, 2020, one of the book’s six chapters was highlighted in a video.

We recommended that small groups or committees met on a weekly basis throughout Lent to discuss a different section of the book using the corresponding video.

This study helped us rediscover God’s grace in the midst of work, family, friendships, and other aspects of our busy lives.
