All Annual Conference attendees were encouraged to review the schedule, proposed legislation, proposed budget, ministry team and leadership reports, and nomination forms for delegates to General Conference 2020.
Final materials sent out June 14:
Updated Printable Schedule: The latest version with all the correct times and locations.
Updated Item 100: Minnesota Methodists, the group that submitted this piece of legislation, edited it slightly based on feedback received in pre-conference district gatherings at which it was discussed. Please refer to this version in the conversations and vote taking place Wednesday.
All Delegate Applicants: A list of all clergy and laity who submitted applications and would like to be considered as delegates to the 2020 General and Jurisdictional Conferences.
Eligible Clergy for Delegate Elections: For clergy only; a list of all clergy who are eligible to be elected as delegates to the 2020 General and Jurisdictional Conferences.
New 2020 Delegate Applications: Applications of individuals who filled out an application before the second deadline. (See first round of conference materials for applications of those who applied by the first deadline.)
Do No Harm Toolkit: Minnesota Methodists graciously prepared a document containing some definitions and things to keep in mind as we engage in respectful conversations about the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people in the life of the church. It is being shared because it is a helpful resource to frame our conversations.
Business of Annual Conference (BAC): For clergy only; those who would like a printed copy of this document should bring their own to Annual Conference.
