  • Fellowship to Hospitality - Hospitality goes far beyond greeting a visitor on Sunday morning. It includes the first impressions we make in our community, welcoming visitors, and enfolding them into the life of the congregation.  (Rev. Kelly Lamon and Katie Matson-Daley presenting)
  • “Serve Us” to Service - Our Wesleyan heritage places a strong emphasis on “transforming the world”. Learn practical steps to shift from an inward to an outward focus.  (District Lay Leader Bob Newman presenting)
  • “Leading the Charge without Getting Trampled” - Leading effectively through change is a critical skill for both clergy and laity.  Creating a sense of urgency, communicating well, inviting dialogue while managing the pace are a few of the practices covered in this session. (Revs. Luke & Bethany Nelson presenting)
  • Worship as a Lifestyle - Worship Services remain the “front door” to our Congregation. How can we make worship more engaging and transformational? (Revs. Cooper Wiggen & Elizabeth Macaulay presenting)
  • Membership to Discipleship: A Blueprint for Discipleship - Discipleship is at the core of our mission. This session will help us gain clarity on what it means to make disciples and how to create a process for building disciples.  (Rev. Cindy Yanchury presenting)
  • Membership to Discipleship:  Effective Small Groups - The key tool for making disciples is small groups. Learn strategies for creating groups that minister to people at different stages of the discipleship journey, including “Connect” groups, “Growth” groups, and “Covenant” (accountability) groups.  (Rev. Nate Larson and Lindsey Nuehring presenting)
