A training event designed to Inspire, Equip and Connect your church for effective ministry. Explore six key shifts your congregation can make to become vital, effective, and fruitful. Prepare to be inspired by keynote speakers Rev. Cynthia Williams, River Valley District Superintendent, and Rev. Fred Vanderwerf, Southern Prairie District Superintendent. You will have the opportunity to attend two of six breakthrough workshops that will equip you for effective ministry. Learn how to shift from fellowship to hospitality, from "serve us" to service, from worship as an event to worship as a lifestyle, from membership to discipleship, and from “survival mentality” to generosity. This is a great way to connect with others in the Southern Prairie District, to learn from one another and to share ideas.
