Minnesota's United Methodist Churches are divided into five districts, each with a district superintendent appointed to oversee churches and pastors in the district.

Big Waters—Rev. Katie Schneider-Bryan (northeast area of the state; office is in Duluth)

North Star—Rev. Alan Bolte (far northern and northwest areas of the state; office is in Alexandria)

River Valley—Rev. Clay Oglesbee (southeast area of the state; office is in Cannon Falls)

Southern Prairie—Rev. Rufus Campbell (southwest area of the state; office is in Springfield)

Twin Cities—Rev. Liz Lopez (Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and inner-ring suburbs; office is in Minneapolis)
